■■-■; '. ALL BLACKS'TOUR, A- meeting of the executive of the New Zealand Rugby- Union was held last night, Mr. G. H. Dixon presiding. The VVairarapa Rugby Union advised the disqualification of W. Redmond for 12 months from August 29,1914, for refusing .to play in a representative •team without giving a. satisfactory excuse. ■■ ' ~ /", Members considered that the player might have had good reason for not playing without desiring to make fiuoh reason public, and it was resolved to ask for fullor information before endorsing the disqualification. Advice from the Wairarapa _ Union was also received, of the disqualification of H. P. Bird for "pasing resmarks on the referee's decision.'.,' The term is until May 31, 1915: Mr. R. M. Isaacs,'.manager of the .Now Zealand team, which recently toured Australia, furnished his report of the tour. From this it appeared , that the conduct of the team was exemplary. In the matter of injuries, the team was unfortunate, : and at ono time or another the following players were under the doctor's care:—O'Brien," R. Roberts, Loveridge, Weston, Taylor, Black, M'Kenzie, E. Roberts, Graham, Bruce, Lindsay,, Barrett, Murray,'' and Francis. While in Sydney the players were treated most hospitably, and the thanks of the New Zealand Union was especially duo to Messrs. W. W. Hill and J. ■ W. Henderson, who went out of their way to make the team's stay a , pleasant one. The weather for the first Test match was bad, hut notwithstanding tfiig the takings at the gate amounted to £450. At the'second Test match the iate receipts were £387. An ex-New Zealander, Mr. Dave Smith, entertained the whole of the members, of the team byr taking, them for a day's excursion oh the harbour. ' The report was adopted, and it was resolved that TVIr. Isaacs be thanked for his report, and foi ■ his care of the team on tour. The success of the team was referred to in ' complimentary 4prms. - ■
