ATHLETIC SPORTS.
ASSOCIATION SATURDAY'S FIXTURES. Mr. A E. Wells presided at the weekly mooting of the Management Committee of the Wellington l<'ootball Association- last evening. It was decided that the Junior Division five-a-side tournament be postponed from September 26 till Saturday, October 3. It was furtlier resolved to hold a schools' five-a-side competition on October 3. Following are the fixtures and referees for Saturday's games :— Huntly benefit match,' Corinthians v. Thistle, Basin lleserve, 3 p.m. Referee,' Mr. It. Hutcheson. Linesmen, Messra. P. Pye-Smitl\ and H. Yeoman. . ' Curtain-raiser (final for Fourth Division championship), Brooklyn v. Y.M.C.A., Basin Reserve, .1.30 p.m.; Mr. S. M'Lean. Sixth B Division.—Congregational v. Marist T,'Association Park, 3 p.m.; Mr. R. M'Lean. Y.M.C.A. v. Swifts, ■Association Park, 3 p.m.; Mr. Astill. Scouts' Competition.—Morniiifiton A v. Kelburn, Association Park, 2 p.m.; Mr. Bell; St. Thomas v. Roseneath.Association Park, 3 p.m.; Mr. Leddy.
