ATTEMPT TO KIDNAP KING OF THE BELGIANS '
, T .,, London, September.22. A Lille newspaper states; that King Albert of Belgium had a narrow escape during a tour of inspection of his army. His chauffeur made towards the German lines. The King ordered him to stop, but ho continued at full speed, and King Albert'shot him. A document was found in the chauffeur's pocket offering him a million francs for the King.
