RUSSIANS AGAIN REPULSE AUSTRIANS
ARTILLERY DUEL AT PRZEMYSL Official.—The Austrians who endeavoured to arrest the advance of the Russian front between Baronoff (on the Austrian bank of the Vistula, 85 miles above its junction with the Sail) and ltanishoff, were repulsed with great loss. In-the battle of Lemberg the Austrians, after using the white flag, treacherously shot down Frolve, the hero of Port Arthur. The infuriated Russians sabred them, not sparing one. Petrograd, September 21. # Three German army corps have been concentrated in a fortified position in the vicinity of Przemysl, with orders to defend it to tho uttermost, to enable the German forces gathering in I'osen to arrange a general-forward movement.
