SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for increasing northerly winds, with a falling barometer everywhere, and probably low In tho eouth towards the end of the week. Expert mild and hazy weather on the East Coast districts, but increasing cloudinces and rain following in most parts in the course of the next few days. A north-«eeterly gale has persisted,' and the weather has been unsettled in the northernmost districts, but clsewhcro mild and hazy conditions; with northerly breezes, have predominated.
