SURPLUS FODDER
PROTEST FROM MARLBOROUGH. (By Teleffraph —Press Association.) ,_ Blenheim, September 19. The Marlborough Chamber of Commerce protests against tho proposed auctioneering in Wellington of chaff and other fodder, left over after supplying the Expeditionary Force. It is considered that the effect of such a 6tcp would be to ruin the Wellington market, which is the chief market for Marlborough fodder. The Chamber advocate's handing the surplus over to the Imperial Government
