&_ TWO 'MORE BODIES RECOVERED. (By Telarraph-Press Association.) Auckland, September 18. Two moro bodies were recovered today from tho liuutly mine. One waa identified as that of Hugh Ransome, roadman, bringing tho total death roll to forty, with two still missing. The secretary of the Labour Relief Fund acknowledges the following amounts received yesterday:—Carpenters' Executive Board, £25; Waterside ' Workers' Union (per Mr. W. Merritt), £10 10s. 9d.: Tramways Union (first instalment), £6; crew of Hinemoa, £3 2s. 6d.; members of Parliament, per Mr. J. Robertson, M.P., £25: total to date, £69 13s. MAYOR'S RELIEF FUND. £s.a..
