The following changes in A.S.C. personnel in districts will take effect after the departure of the Expeditionary Force: —Captain A\ C. Robinson A.S.C., with headquarters at Wellington ; Staff Sorgeant-Major P. N. Potty, A.S.C; instructor for A.S.C. South Island, with headquarters .at Christchurch ; . Staff Sergeant-Major F. E. Ostler, A.S.C, instructor for A.S.C. North Island, with headquarters at Auckland. Professors Nicholson, Davis, Thornton, Fields, and Lymon Briggs left for San Francisco on Thursday by the Moana. The condition of Mr. Arthur Campbell, who fell off a ladder on the stage of the Grand Opera House on Thursday morning, is happily not so serious as was supposed. It is hoped that he will be about again in a few days' time. Mr. R. It. Martin, proprietor of the "Temuka Leader," who -was injured in" the motor accident which caused the death of the late Colonel Hayhurst, is reported to be making satisfactory progress towards recovery. Ho expects to be able to leave the Timaru Hospital for his home in a day or two.
