WEBB-HANNON MATCH. P. Harmon, who is keen to row TVm. AYobb for the professional championship of New Zealand, leaves this morning" for Taumarunui on a visit to his relatives there. He will break his journey to visit Wanganui in order to endeavour to get some- satisfaction out of the ono-timo champion of the world. Two months ago noxt Moiiday/Hamion challenged Webb to row for the championship of the Dominion 011 the Wanganui River and £100 aside, and enclosed a £10, deposit. -Webb, few months ngo 'was said'to 'be"keen'bit-trying his' paces in a wager-boat onco more, has not, so far, given any definite- reply.
