Reliable: The progress of the Russians in Galicia has been continued. Gorodek lias been, occupied. The Servians occupy .Semlin. It is estimated that 150,000 Serrans are in Hungary, advancing. The Germans lost heavily in an encounter with the Belgians near Rousbrung (15 miles from Dunkirk, on the Belgian side of the French frontier. Paris reports tliat on the left wing tho enemy made a stand north of tho Aisne. Tho enemy south of Argoime is increasing its retreating movements between Argoniie and tho Mouse. The situation is unchanged in the Vosges. Thero is a further statement of German atrocities in Belgium. Mr. Asquith says the matter will be- fully investi•r«'«!d.
