Silver Shield and a two-year-old will accompany him. The two-year-old is on the backward side, but the other two are in the best of health. • Owing 'to pressure of business at home, D. Knight, a member of the team has attended a meeting without Roberts having been in charge. This (says the "Lyttelton Times") must be something of a record. Tlie mare already has had three foals by J.
