Samuel, and Green's Ravello 3 ihere were twenty-two starters. Woorak led from start to finish, and won by two and a half lengths from Mountain Knight, who ran a good race, and finished a length in front of Ravello. Time, lmin. * SPRING HANDICAP, a sweepstake of 10 sovs. each, with 600 sovs. added. _ One mile and a quarter. St. Sparsa (imp.) by St. Amant— Carita, 4yrs 1 Firm 2 I'ongo 3 There were, twenty-four starters. Firm was prominent throughout, and looked a winner untU St. Sparsa challenged brilliantly, and snatched a victory on the post by half a neck. Threo lengths separated second and third.
