NEARLY FOUR MILLIONS A DAY (Rec. September 13, 5.5 p.m.) Copenhagen, September 12. Belgian advices state that Germany'a direct war expenses are thirty million reiclismarks (£ls500,000), and tlio economic loss is forty-five millions (£2,250,000) daily.
