Turakina arrived at Plymouth on Tuesday, September 8, after a passage of forty days from Wellington. The liner cleared this port on July 30, end has made a good run Home.e considering the present unrest at sea. COEINTHIO'S ITINEKAItY. A wireless message has been received from the captuin of the- F. and S. Line's Surrey, stntiug that he expected his vessel to arrive at Newcastle from Liverpool, via Durban, to-day. After the. vessel has token in bunker conl, she will leave for Auckland on Sunday. From the northern port the Surrey will come on to Wellington, being duo here about September 25. Mr. Borne, late assistant purser of the | Maungauui, is under orders to join the lloeralii in a similar capacity. Mr. G. Kyle, fourth engineer of the Warrimoo, left that veseel at Wellington yesterday. Mr. D. M'Pherson, chief officer of the Karamu having gone ashore at Wellington, Mr. P. Everitt has filled tho vacancy. Mr. W. F. » Wilson has joined the Kahu as second officer, Tho Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner KaTamea is now taking in Homo cargo at Port Chalmers. Subsequently she will proceed to the Bluff, Timaru. LyttolUm, and Wellington, for the same purpose. Tho .vessel Iβ due here on September 24, and will sail for London on September 30. Cargo amounting to 350 tons will be landed at Wellington from the Moltoia before Ehe proceeds from eouthom to northern ports to-day. On account of the Corinna having hcen delayed up north, she will not leave Wei.lington with cargo for southern ports till to-morrow. For the last few days the small coastal stoamor liakiura has been tied up at Kelson. It is understood that some difficulty hue been experienced in, regard to tho vessel's craw. Collier movements.—The Maoriland i Steamship Company's collier Ennerdale is due in nort to-day from Grcymoulii. The Koniato and Pukaki will arrive hero during ths early hours of this morning from Westport. It is expected that tho colliers Karamu and Karori will leave here for Greymouth to-day, aud they will bo followed by the Kini to-morrow and the Kamo on Monday. 1 I
