The Germans are steadily drawing nearer Holland, and the' inhabitants of the Belgian frontier villages,'. fearing the entry of the Germans, are abandoning their property and taking refuge in Holland. ■-~'■■ Three hundred Belgian fugitives arrived at Oostburg, and have been conveyed to Flushing.
