Tharo is a pTospect of fair weather, with cold nfchts generally. Mule'movement of tho barometer is indicated at present. Moderate to strong south-westerly winds new predominate, with, cloudy weather in many parts. A low pressure area passed in the south on Wednesday night, and tho barometer las since risen everywhere.
