The Court has granted an application for the winding-up of a company known as "J. Earlo Hermann, Limited," the petitioners being the Fanti Consolidated Mines Company, London. In a letter to the Press .Mr. F. W. Bacon, chairman of directors of Bowroil Brothers' Export and Trading Company, Ltd., states that J. Earlo Hermann is no longer a member of the Board of Directors of Browron Brothers.
