SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for westerly winds, generally high and squally, with a southerly tendency soon in and southward of Oook Strait. Weather fair to cloudy, and misty at times 111 thft north, and unsettled and cloudy conditions with rain, following soon in the south. Barometer falling tendency generally, but likely to rise shortly in the south. A steep barometric radient exists to the southward of the Dominion, but pressure is high in the north.
