September 7, 9.15 p.m.) _ ■ ■ n Sydney, September 7. ihe Royal Commission's report on the Boorabil land case recommends that immediate legislation be passed to prevent members of Parliament from acting as paid agents in connection with Crown land matters. , It absolves Ministers or anv official in the Public Scrvico from the suggestion of impropriety in the case, ancTregarding the purchase of Boorabii, and points out the land was eagerly taken up from tho Government for closer settlement.
