TWO- DIVORCE PETITIONS. Two 'divorce petitions were beard in, the Supremo Court yesterday morning before His Honour Mr. Justice Hosking. O'Kolly v. O'Kelly. Linda O'Kelly petitioned for dissolution of her marriage with Edmund O'Kolly on tho ground of misconduct. The parties were married at Wellington in 1909, and lived together in.this city until May, 1911, when the respondent left for Sydney. There was orie child of tho marriage. Mr. T. M. Wilford appeared for the petitioner. His Honour considered that tho charge of misconduct had'been proved, and adjourned the,petition until Friday' next, in order to give petitioner an opportunity of calling further evidence on the question of domicile. Smith v. Smith. Misconduct was the ground on which Richard Smith sought divorce from Jane Matilda Smith (co-respondent, George Beynon). Mr.' H. F.O'Leary, who appeared for' the petitioner, led evidence to show that the .parties wtere married, in Wellington, on March 31, 1903, and lived together until January. iio, 1911, when respondent left for Sydney. • She returned to Wellington in October, 1912, and was now living, with tho co-respondent. ... His Honour granted a decree nisi to be made absolute in three months, the petitioner being awarded costs £15 and . witnesses' expenses and disbursements as against the co-respondent. • Judicial Separation.
