THE CITY MARKETS. Very,-small shipments-of imported fruits hare-arrived on the Jjlair and Allen Streets market since last report. The Sydney shipment continues small, while-other Australian ports are send--iiiß-vcry small lines. By the Mokoia a small transhipment of Island -fruit, ex. Taluiie, came •to hand rather too late to report sales. Local apples and pears are. receiving better attention, and prices are firmer than last week. Cauliflower supplies , have 1 'increased' during the week, this being the. only line, that has easetT at all, practically all other varieties .being much firmer.
