CANTERBURY AND WELLINGTON. One of this afternoon's attractions is tho annual interprovincial Rugby match between teams representing Canterbury' and Wellington. The annual triangular competition between the Napier, Palnierston North, and New Plymouth High Schools opened to-day with a football match between the local High School and Palnierstou North!
