AUSTRIA'S CZECH TROOPS MUTINY
. GERMAN OFFICERS SHOT DOWN GOVERNMENT MASSACRE PEOPLE OF PRAGUE (Rec. August 21, 1.25 a.m.) London, August 20. The St. Petersburg correspondent of "The Times" reports that tlio Czech and Polish troops in Bohemia shot their German officers, shouting "Long live Russia!" Prague .was for a whole day in the hands of the mutineers. Next day tlio Austrians, who had meantime been reinforced, entered, the city, and killed every Czech they encountered. The river Moldau was red with, blood. # ■ AUSTRIAN'S DRIVEN OUT OF SOKAL. (Rec. August 20, 9.25 p.m.) London, August 19. . , It is officially announced that the Austrians were driven out of the frontier town of- Solial, fifty miles north of Lemberg, the Russians numbered 80,000. St. Petersburg, August 19. It is officially stated that a division of Austrian cavalry, two battalions of infantry, and two batteries of artillery attacked Vladimir Volynsk, in Russia. Poland, twenty-five miles north of Sokal, on Sunday, but were repelled with heavy loss. • . A division of German infantry, with thirty-sis guns, was ; repelled at Eydtkuhnen, in East Prussia. SERVIANS REPEL 400,000 AUSTRIANS. i London, August 19. The Servian Legation states that; tho Austrian plan of attack was wholly unsuccessful. An army of 400,000 was repelled with heavy losses. Londoni August 19. It is reported that Austria has notified King Nicholas of Montenegro that if he attacks Ragusa a number of prominent Montenegrins and Servians held there as hostages will be shot, including Duke Nicholas's brother, Ivo' Vopiovic.
