Arrangement* have boen made by tho Union Co. by which it is proposed to despatch the Maitai from Wellington for Ban Francisco, via Raratonga and Papeete at noon to-morrow. The Willochra which was to have been sent originally will return from Wellington to Sydney et 5 p.m. to-morrow.
