MALICIOUS PROSECUTION
£50 DAMAGES AWARDED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedln, August 18. The civil action by Thos. Benton Purves against John Mosley, in which plaintiff claimed £501 damages for maliciouß prosecution over an alleged theft of a bicycle, was commenced yesterday, and concluded to-day. The jury awarded plaintiff £50 darfmges.
