ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
FOUND IN AUCKLAND HARBOUR. .; (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, August 18. The dead body of a man, believed to bo H. Hunter, a resident of Houhora, ha 3 been found in the harbour. 'Hunter was vecently visiting the city. Yesterday morning a shunter named 3. ¥. M'Caxtney,', whilst engaged in "propping" at Petone Railway Station, got jammed between two trucks, owing to. the prop that he held slipping. His injuries, however, 'are, not considered serious.' ',■_ .' ' On Monday afternoon the eleven-year-old son of Mr. C. Eason, of Petone, while riding upon, a railway truck in the Petone Government Workshops yard, overbalanced and fell, the wheel passing over his leg and tearing the flesh. Dr. Ross rendered medical aid.
