The death occurred at Carterton on Sunday of Mrs. Mary Ann Bowles,; wife of Mr. % George Bowles, of Carterton. Deceased was 65 years of age, and was born at Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland, in 1849. . She arrived in Now in 1859, in the ship Indian Queen. The late Mrs. Bowles -was a daughter of the late .Mr. Donald M'Laren.-.
