P. & T. SENIOR CADETS.

A successful inaugural smoke concert was held at Godber's Tea Rooms on 'Saturday night by the Post and Telegraph Senior Cadet ■ Military : Debating. Club. Tho guests of tho evening wore Lieut.Colonel.C. B. Harton, and Major Boitoh. Musical items were rendered by Lieuts. M'Curdy. and Kellaway, Corporal Newton, and other members of the club. ' Private Von Kaisehberg, of the City Cadet 9, contributed a' pianoforte solo, ami acted as accompanist. In proposing the toast of the Debating Club, Lieut.-Col. flarton' said that during all his military experience he had- never heard of the (formation of any society or club whoso'objects'were similar to those of the P. and T. Senior Cadets, aiid he added that ireflected great, credit on tlie company's non-commissioned officers. • Major Bolton replied to the toast.
