.The lantern lecture given by Mr. 0. E. Bostock. in ; the Maranui School attracted over 300 people. 'From tho'start Mr. ■Hostoclc kept the audience interested, the subject being dealt with in a manner to' suit all apes. The lantern slides were a unique 'collection, and very' clear; So favourably, impressed' were the School Committee that they invited Mr. Bostock to repeat the lecture on Wednesday, August ,12,' in the Maranui Church Hall.
