Napier, July 30. The biennial conferenco of the New Zealand Watersiders' Federation resolved: "That this conference condemns the whole scheme about to be adopted by the employers of labour on the waterfront of Wellington j believing it to be detrimental to tho spirit of unionism, and in all respects wholly against tho welfare of the workers generally who follow that class of. work."
