SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for increasing northerly winds, changing ' to " weaterly shortly, tiio barometer falling generally. The; weather is. likely , to continue cloudy and unsettled, witli much, mist and fog at timea, and rain in most parts ol the country. The high pressure system has given way slightly to-day to an approaching lowpressure, and northerly winds h&ve prevailed, moderate to strong Jn force.
