BUBONIC PLAGUE
CASE ON THE STEAMER. TAIYUAN. By Telegraph—Press- Association—Copyright (Rec. July 29, 8.80 p.m.) Thursday Island, July 29. The steamer Taiyuan; from ' HongKong, reported that after leaving Manila, a man aboard was found suffering from plague, and was landed at Zamboanga. There-lias, been 110 further sickness on.board. The vessel is proceeding south under quarantine.
