It was announced that the match against Hawko's Bay would be played on the Basin Reserve on August 8, tails to be arranged at the next meeting of the League. The local team is to be selected after Saturday's matches.
The application of Mr. W. Martin for permission for Suburbs A junior team to play tho Federal Club's junior team (Christchurch) on the Newtown Park was granted. Tho date of the match is to bo arranged at a later meeting. It-was resolved to write to the Taranaki, Nelson, and Manawatu Leagues with a view to arranging a match against the Wellington B senior representative team. The date of-t(us match is to be fixed later.
