He was unanimously elected by the Navy League to recite Kipliug's "Recessional" at the Nelson Centenary in Trafalgar Square, and was last year engaged to deliver the special verses written for the great Livingstone Centenary meeting in the Albert Hall, London. Mr. Watson paid his first visit to' Australia and New-Zea-land two years ago, but his regular English engagements compelled • his_ return, and he is now visiting those cities ho was unable to.visit on the previous tour. The-plans for .the season will be on view at the Dresden to-morrow morning. .
