Alarming rumours have reached the United States Government that General Villa contemplates joining President Carbajal against General Carrauza. It is stated that Mexico City is threatened by mutiny and; brigandage. HUERTA ACCUSED OP MURDER. Moxioo CKy, July 24. Placards. have been posted throughout the' city accusing. ex-President' Huerta of the murder of the late President Madero and Senor Suarez (VicePresident) and suggesting that he ought to be extradited • and tried for his crimes.
