The Governor-General, Sir Ronald Ferguson, in presenting badges to the Naval Cadets, said tho parade showed that Australia had'realised her duty in tho Pacific, and vias qualifying to discharge that Tho achievements of prize-winners might bo regarded as a happy augury that peace in the Pacific was'safe in Australia's hands.
