One of.the largest subdivisional sales conducted in the. North Island of the Dominion for many years will take place on Thursday next, July 30, when Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd.,, of Palmerston North, will sell l>y public auction the Maractai Block. Tho sale is to take place at the .Horse Bazaar in Hamilton, commencing. at 12 o'clock. Practical farmers who have, made careful inspection of this Estate speak in the highest terms of the country, and in tho opinion of many it is considered to be some of the finest land in the Auckland province. The whole is considered to be remarkably well watered, and favoured by an excellent climate. Tlie railway runs Ihroiigh the property—in fact, there is a railway station on the Hock. Firstclass timber for buildijjfj or fencing can bo delivered at very reasonable prices. There can be no doubt (states tho auctioneers) that the CO sections to be offered »:ill double in value in the course of a few years, a 9 this part of tho Waikato is growing very rapidly.
