M'Donald, having been purchased by Mr. Richard Yardley, of Lumsdcn. The estate ivas formerly part of the Moa Flat Estate, and comprised BG4S acres, all sheep and cattlo country. When Mrs. M'Donald purchased the estato seven years ago, it was carrying four thousand sueep. The improvements effected by Mrs. M'Donald enabled her to keep down tlio rabbits, and its carrying capacity was increased to 1.1,000 and 12,000 sheep, with .other stock. The price for the property) including a dock of 10,300 [ sheep, is about £72,000. • •
