Tho annual meeting, of the • Hutt Bowling and Tennis Club was held last evening, Mr. A. Macaskill presiding over a large attendance. . The report and balance-sheet, a precis of whic'h has been published, was adopted on the motion of' Mr. W. Hendry, seconded by Mr. T. C. Dawson. The election of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mr. A. Macaskill; vice-presidents, Messrs. . Trea'dwell, Rishworth, and Cudby; secretary) Mr. J. Davidson; treasurer, Mr. T.R. Jones; general commitWe, Messrs. G. Allport, W. Hendry, W. Callender,_ M. J.-Hodgins, C. A. Seymour, W. Nicholson, ■ C. Hollard, C. Trevethiok, J. Barlow, T. C. Dayson, J. Wagg, and A. P. Brown. Mr. W. J. Gardner was\e-elected auditor, and hearty votes _of thanks were accorded all the retiring officers. During tho evening -Mr.' C. Hollard was presented with the Wilford Cun. At tho Pctono Drill Hall last' evening a- reunion.of the Pctono ex-Navals was held. There was a large attendance and tho usual toasts "were honoured.
