MOTION' AT THE FARMERS' UNION . ■ CONFERENCE, v ■ It was resolved by the Farmers' Union Conference yesterday that the Government should be urged, to, borrow a sufficient sum of money to complete the trunk railways of the Dominion as soon as possible. -•■•■"■■'- : Mr. H.'D.
