He was ciceroned by the Chief of the Arsenal (Superintendent Sir Hay Donaldson), a son of New South Wales's first Premier, Sir otuart Donaldson, Mr. Carmichael also visited a number or emigration agents in various parts of the country, and received a deputation of principal agents to-day, to whom he outlined the Now South Wales Governments views respecting the class of immigrants required. Ho goes to Paris to-morrow. .
