INSURANCE AGAINST. INDUSTRIAL TROUBLES. By Telegraph.—Prcs3 Aesooiation—CoDjTieht (Rec. July 21, 8.10 p.m.) Sydney, July 21. The New South Wales Farmers' Conference Committee has submitted an insurance sclijeme to protect farmers against industrial troubles. It is proposed to form a limited company, having a share capital, to receive contributions and devote the funds to insurance'purposes.-
