Berlin, July 21. Tho Bourse is weak, ajid Balkan stocks have lost ground heavily. The "Vossische Zeitung" states that Servia has placed an order for ammunition, valued at a quarter of a million sterling. Political circles hope that tho crisis which may possibly Arise will be confined to Austria and Servia.
