At the conclusion of the Wellington Racing Club's meeting, the Karamu horses were railed home to Hastings. Julian has built up into a big horse since his <trip to Australia and at Trontham he looked «ady to undergo plenty of solid work. In some quarters, the opinion is expressed that , he can scarcely be got to the top of his. form for the Grand National meeting,. but if he. does not succeed down £K>uth, it should not be very muoh longe. , before he. gets on the winnins list. •
