' Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Palmerston North, report:—ln connection with our U6ual monthly sale, we held our second special crutching sale, when we offered a catalogue of about 160 bales. A large quantity of our offering consisted of medium quality, some being very seedy, and there were only a fow- lota of extra good crutchtngs. Tho medium and inferior lots sold on a par with last sales' rates, but the better quality lots showed a decline, and we passed a number in.; however, prices realised were equal to those ruling at other markets.
