(Bγ Attack.) Tho curtain-raiser arranged for at Nowtown Park last Saturday had to be postponed on account of the soft stnto of the ground. Sports bodies generally have had very_ unsatisfactory weather this year, and it is/to be' Imped that an improvement will take place. The matches set down for to-day are • Wellington v. Columbia, and Kelbuni v Capitol. Both matches should be productive ,of good lacrosse. The Basin Reserve will not ba availabl-3" for lacrosse. "Attack" hopes to see every member of each team turn out in their correct colours, ,It is most unsatisfactory to havo a collection of nondescrips, and prevents combination in.tho general play.
