THE THIRD DAY. Tlie conference! of the 'Social Democratic Party was resumedyesterday in the' Esperanto Hall.' Mr. H. Hunter, notional president, occupied the chair] and over fifty delegates wero in attendance. Several slight amendments of the constitution of tho party i were agreed to, and the national executive was empowered to make any further verbal alterations necessitated by the changes in the constitution of United .Federation of Labour. The iucomin>,' executive was instructed to draft a scheme for submittal to the branches to. secure a sum of ,£SOO for investment in tho "itfaorilaiicl Worker." / ■ long debates took place on the party's policy in relation to opposing parties, to militarism, and; to tho liquor" question. No change was' decided on. .
