Prominence is given to a telegram wherein the Crown Prince wishes the widest circulation to bo given to a pamphlet by a retired Colonel Frobenius, in which it is declared that France's and Russia's military preparations will bo so far advanced in 1915 that an invasion by tho mightiest arniies ever seen in the world must bo daily oxpected, and adding "In that fateful hour Germany and her allies must strike."
