The United States' Government has dispatched a .■warship to Haytien and San Domingo. waters, with the object of warning t'fre Governments of those Republics to iestoro order within their boundaries. The State Department announces that the Government is prepared to intervene if it is > necessary, and thereafter establish a financial dictatorship in Hayti and enteargo its authority, so that Britain and other Powers may he represented. The United States is of necessity bringing pressure to jjear for the suppression of the* existing revolutions in ,the two Republics.
