Rasputin is, delirious, but operations have brought some relief. Tho Tsar is being constantly informed as to' his progress. 1 Rasputin, a Russian monk, alleged to he leading a double life, was slabbed iu the abdomen by a woman who claimed that sto was avenging one of tho girl victims of Rasputin.
